They always say in any business the customer is always right.
However, what many customers do not think about is the flip side of that.
Remember, you are hiring a skilled professional to provide you with a service that you need and do not know anything about yourself. So because of this, you need to treat them with the same respect as they do the customer. This goes double for heating and air conditioning specialists. Some folks will treat heating and air conditioning specialists like either slaves or some slave in a jail. This is not human and is not right! And honestly, if you have an independent heating and air conditioning specialist that you treat like this, do not be surprised if they tell you off and refuse to complete whatever HVAC service you called them for. They are not like a company where they have to take verbal beatings from customers or lose their jobs. They have complete control as independent heating and air conditioning specialists who to deal with and who not to. The independent heating and air conditioning specialists also have the choice to deal with rude customers as they please. So if you like abusing HVAC workers, beware! You may just get put in your place one day by an independent heating and air conditioning worker and get blacklisted from their HVAC services. They are people too, and while a lot of customers do treat them with respect, there are the great handful of people that do not. Remember, they are doing you a service, not the other way around. So be kind to the HVAC workers.
