I run an office building that does a lot of printing work for our business each day. The people I was with and I are regularly sending out memos as a normal part of our day to day operations. Because of this we regularly have to have a huge commercial printer in the building fully working. Having a commercial printer on our side is a must for this kind of thing in any office building that is regularly sending out tons of memos. Having just a basic new residential printer that you would use at a beach house just doesn’t happen to work. There is just too much being printed to do that. I have been running the local operations here for about 30 years now plus the commercial printer that we have has broken down several times plus we had to call some professional to have it repaired. If you are not up to date with what a commercial printer is or how it works, it is an immense piece of office equipment that basically everyone would not even want to have in their home. Even if they happen to have a beach house office plus their company is entirely beach house based. In those kind of situations, rather than buying a huge commercial printer, they hire out some sort of printing service to easily handle all of their mass printing needs. I very have a buddy who actually does that plus runs his own company strictly out of his home. I am personally blessed enough to work for a company plus in an office where all of that is automatically taken care of for us. The only thing I have to ever worry about is making completely sure that the commercial printer is regularly fully working.
